Ingredients receiving

Rice

Our plants only use rice meeting strict standards.

Fish, meat, etc.

These are stored in freezers immediately after receiving. Some of the ingredients are processed by Group companies.

Vegetables

Vegetables are stored in refrigerators to maintain freshness.

Ingredient preparation

Vegetables

We cut our vegetables by machine and by hand in a variety of ways to suit the product with a top priority on safety.

Meat

We cut non-frozen meat using a chilled slicer. Temperature control is an important point.

Cooking

Rice cooking - Soaking

The rice soaking process, during which rice absorbs water for about 90 minutes, varies in length depending on the season.

Rice cooking - After cooking

The cooked rice from the kettles, which finish cooking once every few dozen seconds, is quickly broken up.

Steam kettle

Using steam as a heat source, our steam kettles can cook foods in many different ways, including simmering, stir-frying, and sauce making.

Charcoal grill - Grilling

We use real charcoal as a heat source for cooking meat and fish.

Charcoal grill - Searing

Searing preserves the umami unique to charcoal grilling using far-infrared waves.

Charcoal grill - Doneness

We also carefully check the degree of charring after searing to ensure quality for both appearance and taste.

Fryer

We can deep fry more than 1,000 pieces of fried chicken per hour using a single fryer.

IH stir-fryer

With the ability to cook at high temperatures, our IH stir-fryers are perfect for stir-fried foods and can also reduce cooking times.

Color-coded floors

For sanitary purposes, we clearly separate the color of the floors in the work areas for ingredients before and after they are heated.

We accurately and efficiently sort products according to the store order details.

Shipment
We use freezer and chilled vehicles to maintain our products at a constant temperature, thereby ensuring thorough temperature and other forms of quality control.
