To this end, will continuously engage in various activities as a member of society in a way that incorporates the concepts of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG).
Chaired by the President, we established the Sustainability Committee in December 2021 as part of a structure for engaging in sustainability as a group.
In response to policies from the Board of Directors, this committee discusses various issues involving sustainability; determines the different policies, goals, and measures related to sustainability; and reports regularly to the Board on the progress of its efforts. This committee is also monitored by the Board of Directors, and reflects the Board’s opinions and advice in its efforts.
We believe that ongoing communication with our stakeholders is essential to understanding the expectations of society. The Group therefore seeks to communicate information to and engage in dialogue with stakeholders.
