Our Group regards its people as a vital foundation for sustained growth, and we are working to make jobs more rewarding and improve the working environment. We are creating a workplace where every employee can continue to work with confidence.
To help our employees maintain and improve their health, we are promoting initiatives to raise health awareness. In addition to the Norimaki Challenge, in which each employee sets personal health goals and tracks their progress, we hold walking events and similar activities to support good health while encouraging communication within the Company.
In recognition of these efforts, our Group has been certified as a Sports Yell Company by the Japan Sports Agency and as a Tokyo Sports Promotion Company by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government.
Creating a Comfortable Work Environment
To support ways of working that suit a wide range of lifestyles, our Group is expanding its working arrangements and support programs, and is fostering a workplace where employees find those programs easy to use.
We are developing programs that help employees balance childcare and work, and we encourage employees to use them, including parental leave by men.
We encourage employees to plan and take their paid leave, and we are creating a workplace where taking time off is easy.
In workplaces that employ technical intern trainees and other foreign employees, we are working to create an environment where everyone can work with confidence through initiatives such as multilingual operating procedures, illustrated work instructions, and support for safety education.
